Welcome to my first Window Views post!
Taken last year on the second floor of hotel Atlantis in Reno, Nevada. The place was pretty empty, which was nice. :D My sister and I dropped by the hotel for a look-around early in the morning, when most guests are either still in bed or somewhere else. Great timing. :D I don't play in casinos, but I enjoy looking at the decorations.

WINDOW VIEWS
I'm surprised to see so many windows, I thought most casinos were windowless, so that the patrons wouldn't realize how much time (and money!) they were spending there.

Wow I thought maintaining two blogs was complicated! Love the way you set up all your links. Now this picture is awesome. Great light, neat angle and love that you captured such an unlikely time.

Thank you, Jeane! For some reason, Blogger errors out when I try to leave a comment on your September 12th post, so I'm gonna post it here and try again on your site later.
ReplyDeleteMy kind of candy store! What an amazing take of the bookstore interior; not to mention, that's a huge B&N! I've never been to one this big.
As always, beautiful capture, Jeanne!
Oh, I didn't know about the no-windows gimmick, but it does make sense. In that case, I'm surprised, too. However, most of the gambling area are downstairs, away from windows and the glass doors. It felt like a dungeon inside regardless of the lights.
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by! I love your Ruby Tuesday post. Perfect for the meme!
Thank you for returning my visit, Nadine! I love your pictures. Thank you for sharing the beauty of Bulgaria. :)
ReplyDeleteMe too, I enjoy looking at the decorations in casino, and I enjoy looking at the people who are playing there.
